1. Research & Preparation

I start by going through your website, I’ll ensure you are setup with Google Analytics & Google Webmaster Tools so we can monitor progress. Next I’ll do some keyword research and identify the keywords that I think will bring in most business for you – following on from that I will then rank check your site against these keywords so we can compare the results at the end of the project.

2. Site Analysis

This is where I go through the site, I check it for duplicate content, structure, use of keywords in content, meta tags, title tags, site speed and a number of other technical factors. These are summarised in a report with a list of changes necessary to maximise your chances of appearing on page 1.

3. Implementation

The next stage will be for you to get your developer to implement the changes, the report provided should provide enough guidance, but if there are any questions I’ll be available to help. Once all changes are made I’ll double check and ensure everything is correctly setup as requested.
