I was using any age, any sex (we decided even 18 year olds come there, and we also get people above 80!) Then I tried to limit it by people who put that they like eating out (and about 10 related keywords) as their interest, but it wasn't getting many impressions or clicks, so I've put it back to quarter of a million. I'll stop the test next week and do a follow up post about how successful (or unsuccessful) it was Yeah you can limit it by age, sex, education and then keywords as well.
